Role: Head of Software Development – Dynamics

Net Talent are partnered with one of Glasgow’s best success stories to help source an experienced Head of Software Development with specialism in Microsoft Dynamics.
This will be a varied, exciting role which will pave the way for creating a collaborative, positive culture throughout the software development side of the business. The Head of Software Development will manage Software Engineers and Test Engineers who work on end-to-end delivery of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and continually adapt a department structure to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Create a culture of autonomy, colleague development and team engagement
- Work with the Product team to define solutions to their requirements
- Create an environment of measurable continual improvement.
- Report a clear dashboard of agreed operational key results, and key performance indicators to the CTO. This must include people engagement, quality, cost efficiency and throughput measures.
Requirements:
- Looking for previous experience of leading technology driven teams, ideally working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 focused projects
- Strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and supporting the development of others would be great!
