I am currently recruiting a Head Sommelier to join this luxury hotel in Berkshire. We are looking for a passionate and professional Sommelier to head the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to work for one of England’s most prestigious hotels.

About the position
- Create and manage an unrivalled wine cellar
- Train and develop the staff’s palate with your knowledge
- Deliver fantastic service to the guests
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
- Host and direct memorable wine events
- Undertake monthly stock takes
- Manage margins and promotions
- Report to the Restaurant Manager
The successful candidate
- Will have previous Sommelier experience in fine dining
- A high level of customer service
- WSET 3 or CMS qualification required
- Strong knowledge and a passion for fine dining
- Well organised with great attention for detail
