Health and Safety Manager
Constructive Moves is working with a leading Residential Contractor who has an unparalleled reputation for high-quality design, build, and schemes to source a new Health and Safety Manager due to the expansion of its Health and Safety department.
You will be providing visible health and safety leadership and support to a number of residential projects. This role will suit a proactive person who is adept at understanding the needs of a team.
You will be a great communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to present information to different audiences at project and subcontractor levels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a health and safety advisor over a number of projects to keep projects abreast of new developments and apply professional standards to ensure best practice.
- Providing health and safety advice to site and project managers to assist them in achieving business objectives.
- In charge of the development of the health, safety, and welfare management system, its implementation and audit, and measuring and monitoring health, safety, and welfare performance.
- Overseeing health, safety, and welfare risk management, health, safety, and welfare incident reporting and investigation.
