\nWho will you be helping to make life better for?
\nPrestige Nursing & Care Worthing are seeking dedicated and passionate home care assistants** **to join our care and support team. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to your clients in their own homes on a one to one basis. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client.
\nWe are looking for home care assistants who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

We’re looking for:

\n
• Six months’ paid experience in care is preferred but not essential
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• A driver’s licence & own car is essential
\n
• Good professional and personal references
\n

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
