JOB TITLE: Housing Disrepair Lawyer – Fee Earner

EXPERIENCE: 3 years’ experience

LOCATION: Lancashire

SALARY: up to c£42,000 DOE


OVERVIEW:

• You will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing disrepair files, encompassing both litigated and non-litigated cases.

• Demonstrate excellent understanding of local authority landlord issues.

• Knowledge in housing law and a proven track record of dealing with disrepair cases.

• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law.

• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
