We have an excellent opportunity for a Housing Solicitor at a well established Legal 500 firm in Manchester
This is an excellent firm, and successful candidates will be managing their own caseload dealing with a variety of housing management and leasehold matters, such as anti-social behaviour, disrepair cases and possession proceedings.
The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified Solicitor who has a passionate about housing work and enjoy being part of a like minded team. The firm has some exciting clients and offers an excellent range of work. Previous experience and knowledge of Housing Associations would be beneficial here but this is by no means essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate who has a passion for this area and wishes to retrain. We would be interested in hearing from candidates with a disrepair and/or volume litigation background.
