Your new role
The role of HR Admin will provide essential support to the HR function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain experience within a HR team and work on all aspects of a generalist role.
You'll be the first point of contact for any HR queries and be responsible for managing the HR inbox. Recruitment will be part of your role and include liaising with hiring managers and candidates to organise interviews as well as supporting with the onboarding process. This will include pre-employment checks, contracts and setting up inductions.

What you'll need to succeed
This role is suited for someone who has experience working in a HR department and will be able to pick up responsibilities quickly. It is an opportunity to develop and would suit someone who wants a career within HR. If you have or are studying your CIPD qualification this will be advantageous but not essential.
