Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider HR team.

Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

Providing administrative support to HR Advisors
Participating in team meetings, providing regular updates when needed
Query resolution
Recording and processing absences, conducting health and welfare reviews when necessary
Monitoring and managing the HR inbox
Assisting with employee relations related issues
Updating and maintaining employee files
Tracking probationary periods
Any other ad hoc duties as requiredProfile

The successful HR Administrator will have:

A proven track record within a similar role
CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for detail
Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
IT literate, including Microsoft Office applications
A positive attitude and genuine desire to learnJob Offer

A salary of up to £24,000
Working hours - 9-5:30 Monday - Thursday, 9-5 Fridays
Hybrid working (after initial training period)
