This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a great FMCG organisation based in Stevenage where you will be responsible for the deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the firm.

Description

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment and administration/on-boarding of new starters
  • Issuing employment contracts, and other related documents
  • Manage the leaver process and confirm changes in employment terms and conditions to promoted employees, including pay reviews and changes of job titles
  • Administration and collation of the payroll information including payroll queries
  • Updating and maintaining the HR employee files
  • Maintain absence records and highlight areas of concern to Management
  • Provide advice and support on company HR process
  • You will deal with all reference correspondence in line with company policy or other agreements by checking personnel files

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will:

  • Have similar experience in a HR Advisor position
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Strong recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
