Exciting new role for a HR professional within a small, close-knit HR team, offering excellent exposure in a welcoming, fast-paced environment - education sector.
Supporting 350 staff, the successful candidate will be a qualified professional (Level 3 CIPD), or have the equivalent experience, and will have the ability to hit the ground running, thriving in a generalist HR role, working alongside the HR Manager.
Your New Role
Within your new role, you will support the HR Manager undertaking duties across a range of HR activities supporting the employee lifecycle, delivering a service that is efficient, supportive and legally compliant to all staff.
To be a success within this role you will be a hardworking, proactive HR professional with a passion for HR, paired with strong administrative capabilities and knowledge of all key HR processes.
