Job Description
We are currently partnered with a global insurance business in their search for a HR Business Partner to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to take the next step in their career within a leading insurance firm with the potential for growth.
The role will be split between the operational and strategic side of HR with a focus on ER, Talent Management, L&D etc. There is potential to grow within the business and gain exposure within a diverse rage of key areas within HR. You will be liaising with Stakeholders and COE's on a daily basis and also acting as a mentor to HR Assistants.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience managing ER matters as this will be your responsibility. This person will have around 3 to 4 years experience and will possess the ability to hit the ground running.
