HR Business Partner / HR Advisor

Hybrid Working with 2 days in London office

£50,000 plus £5k bonus - Initial 9 month FTC

Role

  • As the successful HRBP, you will get to experience complete HR lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding processes and work on exciting new projects including new benefits platform.
  • You will be an integral part of the company and able to use own initiative/innovation, for example identify key tends from exit interviews and advise on staff development/interventions.
  • You will be the 1 st point of contact for advising on HR policy and matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, absences, benefits and HR operations.
  • Write and present briefings on a range of people related topics and produce contracts.

Requirements

  • Experience and understanding of HR legislation and processes in commercial environment
  • Ability to interpret, advise and support managers on broad range of employment matters
  • Able to us HR systems
  • Excel skills would be advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work as a team.
