HR Manager job term time only based in Alcester
Your new company
You will be working for an independent school based in Alcester who are currently looking for a standalone HR Manager to look after the HR function.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the day to day HR function reporting to the Finance and Ops Director and Head Teacher. Duties will include looking after safe guarding setting up processes and working on HR projects as well as recruitment and performance reviews, absence management and analysing data. This is a great opportunity for someone to set up their own processes as the role was previously done by the heads PA.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have had previous HR experience and be CIPD qualified. All round HR experience is essential as well as he ability to work independently.
What you'll get in return
The role will be working term time only plus 10 days so is great for someone looking to work around school hours and the hours are 37 a week 8am - 4pm and 3.30pm finish on a Friday, however they can be flexible with these hours. They also offer an excellent pension of 22.6%
