Job Description

Our client is an award winning, private equity backed US global consulting firm with a highly respected team operating from multiple locations across Asia, and from established offices in the UAE and London. Imminent expansion includes several new openings in Europe.

Their Global HRD based in London is accountable for driving the firm’s people strategy outside of the US, with the support of external specialists as required. With a truly international remit, they partner leaders within each country and oversee HR activities, supported by varying specialist capability on the ground. Inevitably this is a role that demands a high degree of agility to move between strategic business partnering and operational HR activities.

As their colleague group continues to grow towards 180 FTE, this is a new role based in London to support the Global HRD, both in a partnering and operational HR capacity. You will partner their colleague community whilst developing the employee lifecycle and experience; from talent acquisition and on-boarding through to supporting leaders with their talent planning and organisational development in both existing and new markets. The impending implementation of Workday will improve global processes, join-up activities, and deliver meaningful data to help drive future decision making.

We are looking for a HR Partner or Generalist with experience of working in the professional or financial services sectors – or similar. Familiarity of working with a business of similar size and scale would be beneficial, but international experience is not a pre-requisite as the Group HRD is happy to support new learning across their geographies. This is a hybrid role working from home and from their offices in the city of London c3 days per week.
