Client Details
A well establish Brighton client are looking to recruit a full time in office permanent HR Recruitment Administrator.
Description
As HR Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Producing and placing job adverts on nominated job boards i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn and Company website.
- Liaising between the appointed agency and the hiring manager for all vacancies.
- Completing and sending job offer letters, contracts of employment and all supporting job offers.
- Undertaking all administration relating to recruitment to comply with GDPR Regulations.
- Providing additional HR administration support.
Profile
- Excellent and efficient administration skills, with a high attention to detail
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Indeed packages and processes
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel & Word
- Ability to work in a fast paced & challenging environment
- Natural aptitude to build relationships with colleagues throughout the business, particularly hiring managers, through personal interaction
- Previous experience in a Recruitment admin role would be desirable.
- CIPD Study support available
Job Offer
£22-23,000
Monday to Friday in office (1 day WFH after probation) - 9:00am until 5:30pm (+/- flexi)
37.5 working week
