We are working with a leading Belfast law firm who are recruiting a HR Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the firm on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the firm's HR team by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience;
- CIPD Level 5 qualification;
- 3+ years' experience in a similar Human Resources role (preferably within a law firm);
- Ability to improve talent acquisition strategies;
- Experience providing training to fee earners and support staff;
- A team player with the ability to self motivate;
- Interest in Business Development and promoting the firm;
- Excellent communications skills (both written & verbal);
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to deliver key initiatives and to work with the Partners within the firm to ensure that these are implemented and upheld;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Personable, approachable manner;
- Confident public speaker.
