Our client, a rapidly growing business within the healthcare sector, is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join their team based in Leicester, managing a team of 3.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and three from home and the salary is up to £40,000.
Requirements:
- Solid HR Operations experience (4+ years’)
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
- Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, influence at senior levels, and communicate effectively
- High attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
- Provide performance management support, ensuring timely performance reviews and addressing training and development needs.
- Assist with promotion processes and salary reviews.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, benefits, and flexible working applications.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
