About Our Client
We are working with an award-winning provider of Hire Purchase Agreements for motor vehicles throughout the UK.
Established in 2014 and currently at over 100 employees, they are looking to grow the business and consequently to grow their legal function and seek an experienced In-house Solicitor to support the business on non-contentious, commercial and regulatory matters.
Job Description
The role will involve:
- Dealing with FCA Regulatory work and Consumer Credit matters
- Supporting on Data Protection
- Supporting with drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts
- Supporting Head of Legal on ad hoc matters as and when required
- Dealing with element of Open Banking
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be 2-5 years PQE with a background within a Financial Services business. You will be able to attend the office in Chester 3 days per week while working from home the other two.
