Role purpose
The objective of the Global Technical Services Business Partner is to manage the relationship with NCC Group business functions to drive IT roadmaps of work aligned to corporate strategy.
They will need to lead on technology solutions, from feasibility and assessment of options to maximise business benefit, through to the mobilisation of strategic projects and monitoring outcomes \ benefit realisation.
Where necessary they will need to facilitate the ideation and pipeline of work to ensure stakeholders are aligned and key decisions are made. They will also need to align teams and resources of upcoming roadmaps of work to enable prioritisation of initiatives.
The role will involve the enablement of delivery within multiple GTS IT teams, with assigned project managers having the responsibility to drive plans, status reporting and solution deployments.
It is essential they establish and maintain relationships with the appropriate stakeholders and provide day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
