IT Business Partner - Hybrid - Fixed Term 12 Months £55k

My Client is looking for a IT Business Partner will focus, initially, on supporting our their Functions and will work closely with the business leads and subject matter experts to define scope, and actively manage timelines for the delivery of these IT changes.

This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract covering 24 hours per week and will require travel to the Head Office in London, at least once per week.

Principle Accountability Areas:

  • Plan, organise and prioritise product improvement requests for the assigned Business Units.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to directors, sales teams, customers and partners, to ensure alignment and delivery of value/benefits.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, data analysts, designers and third-party suppliers to assess technical dependencies and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to the efficient and productive working practices of the Transformation function.


About you:

Experience building successful relationships with key internal stakeholders, including executive teams and external partners.

  • Demonstrable experience of operating in a transformation phase of an SME organisation.
  • Ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders i.e. many levels of the organisation and >8 key stakeholders.
  • Ability to connect strategy to execution, and drive timely results as a team.
  • Delivery focused with the ability to flex solutions and approach to changing business needs, which might sometimes be at short notice.
  • Highly data and results-focused, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and effectively prioritise workload.
  • Demonstrable experience of enabling transparent working relationships through effective communication.
  • Strong organisational skills.
