3rd line IT Support Analyst required for large organisation in Somerset

- Circa £31-33k plus 30 days holiday
WeDoData have partnered with with a great further education college in Somerset who are looking for an IT Support Analyst, specifically at 3rd line.
This role would be full time, permanent and mainly office based.
You'd be joining a team who take the lead in server administration, and the design, project management and the delivery of advanced IT technical support across the college group.
As a 3rd line technician you'll be involved in troubleshooting some of the more advanced IT support issues that have been escalted by the 1st and 2nd line technicians.
You'll also be involved in coordinating projects , so some pojects experience (large or small) would be fantastic. In addition you'll need;
✔ Excellent Server Admin experience.
✔ Good knowledge & experience of Active Directory & Group Policy.
✔ At least 4 years 3rd line experience.
✔ Driving License.
