we have an incredible opportunity for an Account Handler

who will be part of our expanding team and crucial to growing our already successful business. Y

ou will be responsible for processing quotations, new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewal retention to grow a book of business

. This role would suit a career driven individual, preferably someone who has experience within a similar role who is

full of energy, warm, friendly, and professional in their manor

whilst having the drive to exceed targets. So, if you are looking for career advancement then this is the role for you. Knowledge & Skills required. Proven experience within the Insurance environment. Good technical knowledge of Insurance. Proficient in using Open GI (preferable not essential). Strong client relationship skills. Solid communication and articulation skills. Possess good IT skills to use Microsoft programmes

. Responsibilities Negotiate and agree terms and cover. Take instructions from new clients, ensuring cover commences at the correct time, all relevant paperwork is completed premium is collected, and relevant records and diary entries are created. Take instructions from existing customers in respect of alterations to existing policies, ensuring insurers are notified and records updated. L

iaise with insurers and product providers to provide the best possible coverage for our clients About you Preferably

3-5 years of insurance broking experience Preferably, proficient in using OGI to manage clients, including a computer diary system. Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement. Ability to continuously prioritise and work effectively under pressure. Client and service delivery focused. Self-motivated and results driven. A good standard of education to at least GCSE level or equivalent. Must have good command of English language, both written and verba Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence at all times Solid communication and articulation skills.
