Do you have excellent customer service & admin skills?</p><p><br></p><p>My client, a market leader, are looking for an Insurance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will have a minimum of a years’ experience in a telephone based customer service and admin position. You will be bright, bubbly, and super keen to start your career in Insurance!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Handle all telephone and email queries in a professional manner and process efficiently</li><li>Produce accurate documentation onto the CRM system</li><li>Process adjustments inline with procedures, including notifications to insurers</li><li>Deal with all customer enquiries whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction</li><li>Dealing with payments in a timely manner</li><li>General administration & data input</li><li>Issue renewal documents to customers</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Skillset</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a telephone based role</li><li>Previous admin experience would be desirable</li><li>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft applications</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Package</strong></p><ul><li>£20,500 - £23,500 (depending on experience)</li><li>Warrington</li><li>Hybrid working after probation</li><li>Onsite parking</li><li>Excellent progression routes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Insurance Administrator / £20,500 - £23,500 (DOE) / Warrington/Hybrid (After Probation)</strong></p>
