Job Description
A fantastic law firm in Bristol are looking to expand their insurance team. The team advise on a broad range of matters including insured and uninsured risks, such as property damage due to fires, floods, subsidence, defective premises, and contractors' negligence, as well as personal injury recovery claims.
The successful candidate should ideally have between 1-5 years PQE and should have subrogated recoveries experience. This position offers the chance to foster client relationships, deliver expert commercial advice, and develop your career.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years PQE as a UK (England, Wales, or Scotland) Solicitor, technical excellence in subrogated property damage recovery claims law, and a proven financial track record. You will also be required to supervise paralegals and support staff, so experience in this would be beneficial.
