The opportunity

+ This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious integrated Account Director to work on our award- winning adidas account with a focus on sport & culture and specifically in the Outdoor space. In the world of sport, there are few brands who can rival adidas for the strength of their history as well as their future.

+ We, as Iris, have a key role to play in helping their brand continue to prosper, adapt and thrive across an ever-changing and ever-competitive landscape on and off the field.

How you’d spend your day

+ We work with adidas on everything from year-long brand strategy briefs, to quick turnaround social briefs, retail toolkit production, experiential and full TTL omnichannel creative campaigns on a global scale. So, the scope for variety within your role is huge with plenty of opportunity to develop new skills.

+ You’ll be joining a growing team and you’ll get to work with some of the best creative & strategic minds in the agency across the UK and our global offices.

+ Your ambition will be met with key responsibilities both within our team and with our clients and your personal growth will be encouraged at the same exciting pace as the account itself.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Is self-motivated, wants to drive creative output and our ability to affect change and participation in our clients.
  • Values the importance of their own organisational skills as much as the quality of our creative product
  • Can be empathetic and understanding of our clients’ values, needs, ambitions and challenges
  • Has a solid grounding of integrated advertising experience within client-side or agency with production experience.
  • Can channel their passion for sport & creativity into their job every day (outdoor sports such as hiking, trail running etc are desirable)
  • Has a passion for making great work & working as part of a high-paced and high-performing team
