Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority based in Lancashire, who require an Estates Surveyor to join their team for an initial 6-month contract.
You will be working on their commercial portfolio, carrying out rent reviews, lease renewals, re-lettings, and other general Estates Management duties.
Hybrid working is supported in this office, only requiring you in the office once per week, and on site inspections when required.
