The Opportunity
A global, PE backed buyand build are looking for someone to lead a Group wide transformationprogramme. This will encompass all areas of the SSC including internalprocesses, controls, and systems. The business target around 40 acquisitionsper quarter, with expansion into additional territory on the horizon, this a isa key time for the business to form the best foundation from which to continuegrowth.
The Role
- Define the Target Operating Model and overall operational designfor programme
- Define integrated plan and governance framework
- Full review and improvement plan for internal processes (p2p,r2r, o2c) and streamlined chart of accounts
- ERP vendor selection and rollout plan
The Requirements
- Prior experience leading change programmes within a PEenvironment
- Proven track record of end-to-end scoping, implementation, andhandover
- Immediately available or available at short notice
