Your new company
A listed tech business with a global presence is looking to hire interim support into their group team as they look to go through M&A and Integrations. They have a high-performing Group Finance team based in London and offer lots of opportunities to get involved in a range of projects.
Your new role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be:
- Providing statutory reporting support to the Group Reporting Manager and Financial Controller
- Liaise with Tax consultants on UK and US matters
- Ad-Hoc process improvements around reporting, systems and company integrations
- Provide technical advice under IFRS
What you'll need to succeed
As an audit trained chartered accountant, you will ideally be straight from practice, or you would have held 1/2 short-term roles in a similar capacity within a large group. As the business is undergoing considerable change, you will need to be happy in a fast-paced environment.
