We are currently working with a global hospitality brand who are looking for an experienced HR Administrator/Advisor to join them on a 3 month interim basis.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in all aspects of HR Administration including: note taking, disciplinaries, consultations, grievances and settlement agreements.
You will need to have strong working HR & ER knowledge.
Previous experience working in a fast paced background and feeling comfortable working in this setting is essential
Previous experience in hospitality, retail or publishing desirable.
This is an ASAP start (looking for the successful candidate to interview asap and start within the next few weeks).
Requirements
- A strong and proven Administrator/Advisor with experience in note taking, disciplinaries, consultations, grievances and settlement agreements.
- Minimum 3 years working in HR.
- CIPD qualified
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment
-Retail or hospitality background an advantage but not essential
-Ability to advise on ER & HR knowledge
