I am working with an NHS orgnisation in South London who are in need of an interim HR Business Partner for three months initally.

The role is banded at a 7 and may be negotiable upon experience.

Summary,

To support with interventions in the division to help with improving KPI compliance such as sickness management compliance meetings, vacancy and temp staffing controls as well as supporting organisational change and consultations
