Job Description


As Interim Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment including business-critical and head office recruitment as well as high-volume.

You will work closely with your HR counterparts to understand the business requirement and determine the plan, working proactively to attract talent thru direct sourcing, as well as managing the recruitment lifecycle building job descriptions, direct sourcing including approaching and engaging passive candidates, writing adverts as well as initial telephone interviews.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with HR colleagues and Hiring Managers to build and execute business-aligned sourcing/recruitment strategies.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to understand their specific talent requirements alongside market insights and challenges to ensure a tailored and creative approach to recruitment.
  • Managing a high volume of vacancies across various levels, disciplines and locations.
  • Proactively approaching and engaging candidates, building your own external network for talent.
  • Providing a high level service to candidates from initial application to offer.
  • Playing a key role in the design of attraction and future-fit selection strategies to meet business requirements, including online and offline sourcing methodologies.
  • Designing, planning, implementing and managing the graduate and apprenticeship programmes, working closely with internal stakeholders.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a seasoned talent acquisition/recruitment specialist with experience of 360 degree recruitment including specialist roles and high volume. You will also be adept at using a variety of sourcing tools.

You must also be able to work in a fast paced environment ideally with experience in a manufacturing/logistics (or similar) and the ability to quickly build sound relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

In addition, you will have excellent organisational skills with a solutions-focused approach and the ability to think creatively and manage campaigns from start to finish.
