Job Description
We are looking for an Internal Communications Business Partner to join the communications team at a well known and loved national heritage company. The role will focus on cultural transformation, working in an ever changing environment.
The role:
You will have previous Transformation/Change communications experience operating at a variety of stakeholder levels.
Ability to work autonomously with skill and confidence.
Experience of working in an organisation with geographically dispersed employees is beneficial, as is an understanding of industrial relations.
Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, including the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels effectively.
Experience of leading and influencing colleagues to communicate how we are delivering complex change and transformation and support colleagues so they are clear on the reasons why and the role they play.
Experience of being part of business wide strategic steering groups that support and drive delivery of business wide objectives.
Highly organised with the ability to operationalise strategic plans through effective project management.
Ability to absorb and apply complex information from multiple areas of the business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks with good prioritisation skills.
Familiarity with core internal communication tools such as Poppulo and Workplace.
Other information
Location: offices based in Farringdon (London) but with some national travel as necessary. Hybrid working.
