Overview:
We're seeking a talented Internal Communications Lead to join an ambitious and inventive team within a well-known retailer. This is a single contributor role (with ample resources) and an exciting opportunity to shape internal communications strategies and foster a positive workplace culture within our organisation. As part of their newly established Learning & Development team, you'll play a crucial role in championing success stories, promoting employee wellbeing, and aligning our values with everyday practices.
