- You are responsible for sourcing new investors
- You run investor meetings
- You market fund offerings to global investors
- You build strong relationships with the investor community
- You develop specialist knowledge of asset classes and strategies
- You represent the company to our investors
- You are responsible for organising roadshows
- Has 6+ years of experience in a similar role within Private Equity, Asset Management, or in financial sales
- Has a strong understanding of the private markets
- Excellent written, oral, communication and interpersonal skills
- Is comfortable operating in an early-stage, rapidly growing business
- Has strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across senior levels of the firm
- Can work independently and is a determined self-starter with a track record of “rolling up your sleeves” to make things happen in a non-hierarchical environment
- Is personable, creative, dynamic, and a quick learner
- Is fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
