Position: IT & Application Support Engineer (open to Graduates!)
Salary: 25K – 30K
Location: Chorley, UK (On-site)
This role is open to graduates that are looking for their first IT role out of University!
This role also requires a driving license as site visits may be required.
One of Maxwell Bonds top clients, a rapidly growing group of companies in Chorley, are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join their team. They need someone to ensure their computer systems and helpdesk ticketing system runs smoothly. You'll also receive training immediately on Business Central and have further opportunities for development work.
Responsibilities:
Resolve helpdesk tickets/issues promptly
Work with colleagues to solve complex problems
Learn about Business Central and related technologies
Contribute to improving the clients systems
Requirements:
API knowledge
Office 365 administration
Windows OS
Strong adaptability & determination skills
A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt
Training on Business Central and potential for career growth
