They are looking for a strong Service Desk and Customer Support technician to join the team.

Responsibilities:
First point of contact for Internal & External Customers and clients
Handle incoming enquiries
Point of contact for technical queries
Escalate customer and client issues to the correct department
Ability to build strong relationships with Customers and Clients
Good IT and administrations Skills
