I have a fantastic opportunity for a junior IT support professional to get the chance to be exposed to the latest technology in the market. My client is looking for an IT technician sitting between the 1st/2nd line with 1 or 2 years experience or someone who has the right attitude and can quickly get up where they technically need to be.
The perfect candidate will have 1-2 years experience in Active Directory, Office 365 and Hardware - Laptops/Desktops etc. However as pointed out before, attitude is everything!
There is a fantastic training programme with paid certifications to get you up to speed and progress you to 2nd - 3rd line support. Alongside that benefit is 30 days holiday as well as paid for certifications! There is also a very generous pension scheme.
