IT Financial Controller - London - Hybrid
Up to £60,000
A leading financial services organisation are seeking an IT Financial Controller to join a team based out of their Central London offices. The role will be hybrid - required in office 3 days per week.
The role involves account reporting and providing key information on financial control/IT cost follow up to facilitate informed management decision making as well as contributing to successful strategy implementation.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining change portfolio financial information (costs/benefits)
Ensuring the financial control framework is embedded in the IT operating model
Steering processes
Having control/knowledge of internal/external accounting of IT costs
MI, month end/quarter end reporting
Running efficiency initiatives
Implementation of new accounting standard/policy
Collating cost reports/financial updates
Preparing financial reports
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Highly analytical
Attentive to detail
Good knowledge of financial control/analysis
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools - Excel/Access
CIMA or ACCA equivalent (part qualified)
Experience building reports/MI
Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
Ideally financial services or IT background
