My client is one of the largest charities in Scotland, making big strides in wildlife conversation, and making a massive impact in Scottish communities for over 100 years! Due to the expansion of the team, they're looking to recruit an IT Infrastructure Technician.
Day-to-day duties:
Providing a 2nd Line Level of Support
Providing hands-on technical support
Project work
General desktop support
Working alongside internal members of the organisation
Tech Stack:
Networking
Office 365
Windows Server
VOIP Telephony
Hardware knowledge
