IT Manager

One of the UK's leading charitable organisations are looking for a new IT Services & Relationship Manager to join their team in Dover, Kent.
The IT department is going through a hugely exciting period of change and will play a critical part in delivering the organisations ongoing vision and strategy.
They need a highly enthusiastic IT Services & Relationship manager that will play a key role in supporting and managing the internal IT Department staff.
Suitable professionals will have a mixture of the following skills and experience:
Must have a proven track record working in an IT Supplier & Relationship Management related role
Must have experience of O365 & all cloud based MS applications
Additional experience in Azure PaaS & IaaS
Experience or good knowledge of Autopilot / Intune
Network Knowledge
ITIL or equivalent IT methodology knowledge
Knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR is highly desirable
Must possess an analytical mindset with superb problem-solving skills
Experience working in the following sectors Charity, Public Sector, Local Authority, Government, NHS, Education etc. (desirable)
Must possess strong staff and stakeholder management experience
Must have strong communication and presentation skills
Strong academic background (BSc/MSc)

Package: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic + Benefits
