IT Manager - On-prem to managed provider, Telephony - Liverpool
My client has a requirement for IT manager to lead their team through a migration from on-prem to a managed service provider. A good candidate will have a strong background in management as well as strong tech knowledge.
Key skills:
· Extensive experience of working in an IT department at a management level
· Experience in transitioning on premise solutions to a managed provider
· Experience of transferring telephony to a hosted solution
· Reviewing and negotiating IT contracts
· Working with a Service desk and resolving escalated queries
· Troubleshooting IT/WIFI issues
· Project Managing office moves/setting up new areas.
