Fujifilm Healthcare UK is looking for an IT Project Manager to support/manage the delivery of Healthcare IT Projects.


Responsibilities

▪ Support / manage project development from the pre-sales stage through to handover to Service (across schedule, cost and quality)

▪ Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support Fujifilm and customer business goals

▪ Define and ensure delivery of project success criteria and key benefits

▪ Develop full-scale project plans and create/maintain/update associated governance, quality and communications documents, in alignment with QA/RA processes

▪ Management of project logistics (Hardware, Software and Cloud)

▪ Support and coordinate technical and operational design documentation

▪ Support Internal and external auditing of project delivery

▪ Estimate and manage the resources and participants (internal and multi-geographical) needed to achieve project goals

▪ Engagement and management of third parties and contractors

▪ Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

▪ Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using Salesforce & Service Cloud

▪ Track project milestones and deliverables

▪ Develop and deliver progress reports and proposals

▪ Proactively manage requests for changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans


Skills / Attributes required

▪ Knowledge and experience of the complete project lifecycle, from presales through to implementation

▪ Strong customer management and communication skills

▪ Self-motivated and comfortable working and managing remotely as required

▪ Experience working with the NHS and Healthcare Provider Organisations.

▪ Senior Stakeholder engagement experience essential

In depth Digital Pathology deployment experience is desired
