Goodman Masson are working with a leading Multi-Academy Trust to recruit for an IT Project Manager on a 6 month contract
Rate: £350 – £400 per day inside IR35 (umbrella)
Duration: 6 months
Location: South London/Hybrid
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering agreed programs of works managed by the IT, Data & Security teams
- Ensuring projects are planned, managed to quality expectations, and delivered on-time, to budget and specification
- Managing program budgets and associated project budgets
- Liaising with stakeholders to agree user need, requirements, timescales, budgets, and specifications
- Preparing requests for proposals and invitation to tenders
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience managing multi-million £ IT projects
- A proven track record of delivering projects that are IT driven and support business outcomes
- Prince2 level practitioner or experience of Waterfall/Agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to communicate with technical and non-technical parties
- Experience within the Education sector would be highly desirable
