My client based in the Scottish Central Belt are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst.
The role will be working 1st and 2nd line technical support. You will be part of a busy team providing onsite and remote support to the business. Within the role you will also do project activities where Service Desk and Desktop specific skills and experience is required as part of new service implementations and upgrades.
You should have:
Knowledge of computer hardware and software
Excellent knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working with Active Directory, M365, Outlook and Networks
Good verbal and written communication skills
UK Driving Licence
