IT Service Desk Associate

We are now hiringan addition to our global Technology and Security Team in London, UK.

The role

  • You will be responsible for supporting end users' hardware and software, troubleshooting problems as they arise, and for monitoring and responding to security incidents in real-time.
  • Diagnosing, researching, and testing new or unusual technical issues.
  • Documenting new troubleshooting resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the rest of IT team to implement security controls and technologies to protect against cyber threats.
  • You will work independently in support of end-user requests.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Security team members to address troubleshooting requests, project rollouts, and policy applications.
  • Organise and run IT Training.
  • Monitor network traffic and system logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Monitor system alerts and logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Looking after TCP/IP Networking, hubs, and switches.

You have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with level 1 and 2 support.
  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or CIS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience with MS SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Experience supporting both Windows 11 and MacOS operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite of apps.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory administration.
  • Experience with Meraki, PowerShell, Python and HTML is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Office 365 environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support other office locations within the region.
