IT Support Engineer - Manufacturing Industry
Location: Derby, Derbyshire
Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 plus company bonus, 33 days holiday, and company pool cars
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Derby, Derbyshire.

The Role:
As an IT Support Engineer you will be working within the IT team, providing technical support and problem solving for end users. You will need to be able to identify, investigate and diagnose technical issues and then be able to provide solutions to ensure the smooth running of the IT systems. This will include support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and company applications.
You will be a point of contact for users, so communication and customer service skills are essential. You will need to be able to plan, coordinate, and implement projects whilst also ensuring that security and compliance are maintained.
Technical Skills Required:
* Microsoft operating systems
* Experience of Microsoft Office 365
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
* Understanding of networks, firewalls and VPNs
* Working knowledge of active directory
* Experience of using ticketing systems
* Experience of using remote desktop tools
* Experience of using mobile device management tools
* Understanding of security compliance
