On offer is the opportunity for a successful Software Developer to work for a company at the cutting-edge of Developing bespoke Business and ERP Systems for the Fashion, Footwear and the Apparel industry. They supply their high-quality Software Solutions to a range of exciting SME's as well as bigger blue-chip and multi-national giants in the Retail Industry.
In this role, the IT Support Analyst will be providing 1st line IT support, logging tickets and providing excellent customer support and service. You will be working on troubleshooting and problem-solving IT issues and escalating them where necessary.
This role would suit someone who is looking for an IT role, where you will be working for a well-established company at the forefront of the sector, in a role where you will be provided with internal training and the opportunity to really progress your IT knowledge and skillset.
The Role:
Providing 1st line IT telephone support to clients
Providing customer support and services to customers
IT troubleshooting and resolving issues
Escalating tickets to the relevant department
The Person:
Keen interest and knowledge in IT
Strong communication skills
Background in a client facing role
