Are you an IT Support Engineer looking to progress into an IT Management position? Do you want to work for an award-winning organisation who specialise in providing volunteering and internship programmes globally?
On offer is the exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join an award-winning global organisation as their IT Manager. For the past 30 years they have been connecting people of all ages with international volunteering opportunities winning multiple awards and growing rapidly.
In this role, the successful IT Manager will be working directly with the Chief Technology Officer to plan and execute their new digital transformation strategy as well as acting as the main internal point of contact for all IT related issues and projects with opportunity to implement new process as you see fit as well as take the lead on global IT projects.
This role would suit an ambitious 1st/2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer who is looking to progress into an IT Manager position and grow with an striving organisation.
The Role:
Provide technical support, including troubleshooting hardware issues for employees.
Help to plan and execute Digital Transformation strategy.
Oversee IT Projects
The Person:
Experience as a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Track record of delivering technical training.
