Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Brighton
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
An innovative, refreshing and collaborative Managed Service Provider are seeking an IT Support Engineer with a strong work ethic, friendly personality and a desire to continuously learn and develop in their next position.
Working closely with Senior IT Support Engineers on a face-to-face and remote basis, you will further your skills and knowledge with dedicated training sessions throughout the month. You will also get the opportunity to pass Microsoft exams free of charge.
When working with the established clients, you will show provide top-level customer service whilst putting your new and existing skills into action onsite and remotely.
With exciting projects continually on the go, the exposure you will get to more advanced technologies is second to none. This, coupled with the training as previously mentioned, will allow you to take on more responsibilities and see you rise up and up in an organisation that will support this trajectory.
