My client is seeking a highly motivated individual that can work as part of a team or independently. They are looking for someone to join their team and specialise in IT and Network support for their clients and employees.
Responsibilities:
** Resolving end user support requests efficiently
** Installing and configuring existing user equipment including network infrastructure
** Installation and removal of old and new equipment
** Troubleshoot hardware and software
** Software installations
** Take incoming calls and emails in a methodical order
** Assist in project work and upgrades when requires
Essential Requirements:
** Self-sufficient in IT Support
** Windows Servers 2008 - 2019
** Be proficient in MS Office software to a high standard
** Current network troubleshooting and installation skills
** Problem solving skills
** Previous experience working within a finance function
** Excellent written and spoken English
** Full UK Driving License and access to car
